ShellLess Explorer is a file browser that that improves upon the basic one Windows includes by default.

For starters, ShellLess Explorer lets you open several tabs containing folders on your hard drive, saving you space on your task bar. Also, it supports different display modes, and it’s ideal for moving files between folders without missing any in the process.

Other interesting options include the favorites, which act as shortcuts to the folders that you use the most, and the history, which lets you recover any file or folder you've viewed in the last few days.

You also have an advanced search, executions from the command line, shortcuts to discs and system folders, support for themes, and much more.
